Social media has become a major factor in real estate, and in this technological age, it is more important than ever for agents to remain active on social media. A growing number of millennials are entering the marketplace and their search experience is drastically different from what their parents may have been accustomed to. Many are turning to Instagram, Snapchat, Hashtags and other social platforms for their home search. It is essential that an agent be able to connect with these buyers and sellers through these various mediums in the digital space.

In this article, we'll be covering how to add a social media feed to your RealSavvy website. Instagram and Facebook are the two most common options but there are many other social feeds and options that can be utilized.

Creating a widget is the first thing that needs to be done to add a social feed to a RealSavvy site. To do this you can search 'social media feed widget.' This will provide you with a number of services that are able to produce social media widgets. Each one is a bit unique and they all have their own pros and cons.

After selecting a service, follow the instructions on setting up the feed. This typically involves logging in to the social accounts that will be featured and connecting them to the service. Once the feed has been established, locate the embedded code or embedded link. The code appears looks similar to the text found in the image below.

Once you've located this code its time to integrate the feed into your website. Login into the builder and add a script block where you'd like for your feed to appear. Paste your embedded link in the script block field.

Once these steps have been completed, save and refresh the page. The feed should appear on your site. It is important to keep in mind that the feed itself can only be edited on the site or service it was created.
