Data Analyst Internship

Requirements:

-Must be actively enrolled in a accredited university

-Must have a strong background in quantitative or business studies, strong working knowledge of excel/google sheets, and familiarity with basic business concepts

-SQL experience is a plus, but not necessary

Responsibilities:

You will work directly with the Lead Economist to develop targeted reports of potential buyers, analyze current business activities, and develop strategic models for future endeavors. The day to day will consist of:

o  Independent research on real estate trends

o  Data qualification/scrubbing of potential agent and broker contacts

o  Basic data modeling

o  Managing company KPI dashboards and databases

o Work with the VPs of Sales and Marketing on pilot projects
